Cancellation Policy

For Stays of 27
Nights or Fewer

• Guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in to receive a refund.
• Cancellations made 14 or more days before check-in (but not within 48 hours of booking) will result in payment of 50% for all nights.
• Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before check-in will result in payment of 75% for all nights.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in will result in full payment for 100% of all nights.

For Stays of 28 Nights or
More (Long-Term Stays)

• Guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made after that will result in payment for:
  • All nights already stayed.
  • An additional 30 nights from the date of cancellation.
• If fewer than 30 nights remain on the reservation, full payment is required for all remaining nights.
